Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect addresses, weather, acts of God, supply chain issues, or events outside of our control.

Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. However, Painless Pumps may, at its discretion and in accordance with our policies, replace items that are damaged or lost in transit.

Painless Pumps is not responsible for international orders that become lost in transit, delayed, seized, rejected, returned, or held by customs. International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import laws, customs requirements, and regulations of their country or jurisdiction.

International Orders

We are not responsible for orders once they leave the USA and we cannot guarantee customs clearance. Orders shipped outside of the USA may also be subject to customs, taxes, fees imposed by your country. They're not included in your order total and aren't collected by us. Please follow up with your local custom office with questions.
